We meet on the last Tuesday of the month at Hobby Lobby on 15th and Air Depot in Midwest City from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.

At the beginning of our meetings we go over the treasury report and pass around a sign in sheet so that you can update your email address or any other information that has changed.  New members add their info and guests/visitors also put their info down if they wish to receive emails and info from our group.

Refreshments are served and at any point during the meeting you can feel free to snack. 

We also have a voluntary $3.00 donation that you can make if you so desire.  This is optional and helps create our fund.  Our money is used for national awards, prizes for contests, and paying demonstrators etc.  The normal amount for a national award is $300.00

Our plan is to normally have a demonstration by either a member or a guest artist. 

We also wish to assist any colored pencil artist with problems or questions they may be having with a particular work.   As a group, we can use our combined knowledge to assist with technique, layout, or any other aspect of a project you have in mind.
